{Gluten and Dairy Free} Salmon

2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dry dill
1/8 tsp lemon pepper
1/8 cup lemon juice
1/2 red onion thinly sliced
2 salmon fillets

Put the oil in the saucepan and turn it on to medium heat. Add the two salmon fillets. Sprinkle them with salt, the lemon pepper, dill, and garlic.  Put the onions on top. Cook for about 5 minutes.  Turn the fish over and add the lemon. Immediately put a lid on. Cook for 3 minutes and turn of the heat. Keep it on the burner, with the lid on for a few.

additional minutes or until flaky but cooked through.I am posting this at Allergy-free Wednesdays.
