Make Your Own {Gluten and Dairy Free} Mocha

Ingredients:
2 shots of espresso or 3/4 cup of strong coffee
2/3 cup milk substitute (I used rice)
1 tsp dairy free cocoa powder
2 tsp sugar or sweetener of choice

optional: dairy free whipping cream or chocolate chips.  This might sound crazy, but I have been known to add ice cream to my coffee before heating it as well. Yum!

Heat the ingredients in the microwave or on the stove top until warmed through. Mix well. Top as desired and enjoy!

This goes with my hot chocolate recipe which is similar

1 cup milk substitute
1 tsp of dairy free cocoa
2 tsp sweetener of choice (less if honey, as it is super sweet)

Heat and stir!
