Copy Cat Salad from Worth It
¾ package of salami thinly sliced
1 small radicchio thinly sliced
1 head of iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced
1 shallot, chopped
1 pkg of Daiya provolone thinly sliced
½ cup of chopped banana pickled peppers
1 pint of yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
(optional) 1 can of garbanzo beans
Dressing
½ cup of balsamic vinegar
2/3 cup olive oil
2 tsp sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon or so of dried oregano
Thinly slice lettuce and radicchio. Sprinkle with a little
bit of lemon juice and salt and toss right before serving. Add other
ingredients. Drizzle with the dressing.
