Whole Foods and other Money Saving Ideas

Today at Whole Foods I learned more about their 10% off when you buy a case deal. If you call about 5 days in advance they will order a case of anything for you and keep it for you. Then when you come to get it you get 10% off. My littlest is sensitive to dairy, but tolerates goat's milk. So I decided to get a case. On 12 cans at $11.99 each  it turned into $14.38 in savings. This is significant!  I basically got one can for free. If you have something that you buy a lot, this is a great way to save a lot of money. It also makes it so easy, because your pantry is stocked and you aren't having to run out and buy it for awhile.  This would be great for things that you can freeze, too.

I also wrote the company for the goat's milk and the GF Food for Life English muffins today. Companies often send high value coupons, which can make a huge difference. In current times you can even submit it online when you go to their "contact us" tab. It takes just a few minutes and can save you a lot of money. At Whole Foods, Manna Mills and Fred Meyer you can combine these coupons with sales to get some allergy friendly stuff at a great price.

The other day I was at Fred Meyer and discovered some Udi's brand gluten free bagels marked down in their "day old" bread section. This is another great way to save.
