Unfortunately companies don't typically put "gluten" as an ingredient on labels. Instead they have a million other terms that can mean the item contains gluten. I found this great list
here at celiac.com. It tells you what terms that are listed as ingredients will for sure contain gluten, and what phrases
may contain gluten (needing further investigation with the company).
