Best Non-dairy Drinks According To Rachel Ray Magazine

Ever wonder what dairy substitute to choose? According to Rachel Ray's magazine(Jan/Feb 2012 issue), Rachel Ray's team sipped 87 creamy concoctions to find the ones worth the "mock milk mustache". Here is (quoting the article) what they found. .  .



  1. "Best Chocolate: So Delicious Chocolate Coconut Milk Beverage. It's rich flavor and thick creamy texture are reminiscent of hot cocoa, but we loved drinking this chocolate milk with a fresh-from-the-fridge chill. The stats on the back impressed us too: This one's low-calorie  and has only 10 grams of sugar ($2.99 for 1 qt)
  2. Best Soy: Silk Original Soy milk. Unlike some soy milks, which can be watery and flavorless, this one has body and a well rounded flavor.  Tasters said it reminded them of their favorite yogurt-covered snacks. We also give it high marks for healthfulness. One serving has 6 grams of protein. ($3.30 for half-gal)
