When I discovered these a year or so ago the big question was, "Where have you been all of my life?" They are gluten,dairy,soy,and egg free. They taste so much like the real thing my husband says he may even prefer them. They have a little less salt, but that might not be a bad thing. I like to make a trail mix by putting them with raisins, and Enjoy Life chocolate chips. I buy them in bulk from amazon
here, because it saves money compared to Freddies. My only suggestion is to make sure you put them in a large ziploc pronto because they go stale pretty fast. I buy the small bags, because that helps me with keeping them fresh as well.
