Soy Substitute

Instead of soy I read that you can use chicken broth and salt. So far it has never failed me. I love to use it in both asian and thai recipes. Recently I made teriyaki chicken, and couldn't even tell the difference. Since soy typically has both soy and wheat (which I didn't know it has wheat unless it says otherwise) this is a great discovery for me. I love me some thai food!
