Cookbook that Just Arrived

A sister of a friend posted some gluten free delights she has been making on Facebook. Gluten-free potstickers were calling my name from the laptop screen.  I broke down and bought the cookbook. It arrived today and I can't wait to get started!  It's called "The Gluten-Free Asian Kitchen" by Laura B. Russell.
