Review of a Cookbook

I checked out this cookbook from the library and was very pleased with every recipe that I tried. I had to return it, but I liked it so much that I am going to either check it out again or buy it. She uses a lot of teff which isn't my favorite, but other than that I really liked it. I especially liked her easy and delicious dinner ideas.  The recipes often had just a handful of ingredients. She has gorgeous photos that make the recipes even more tempting. I'd really recommend it. In fact, I have suggested it to a couple of friends already!
