Salted Caramel Dark Chocolate Bars

Lauren Kelly Nutrition came up with these super tantalizing bars. One look at the photo and I was sold. I am guessing you could use coconut flour, or any gf flour instead of the almond flour.  I would use 1/4 cup brown rice and 1/4 cup tapioca starch, with 1/2 tsp xanthan gum.
