Tour of Gluten Free and Vegan in Seattle

One day I stumbled on this super cool website. It's called Northwest Herbivore.  She tours around the Northwest discussing her culinary finds of vegan and gluten-free.   I was looking at her tour of Seattle here. and was thrilled to find it. She also does Portland and other areas in the Pacific Northwest. I love that she provides a map as well. Looking at her tour of Seattle made my mouth water. I've only gone to a few of the places she mentioned, so I am feeling totally inspired.  If you get a chance please check it out! Here is a link for Portland.
