{Gluten and Dairy Free} Make Your Own Croutons

This is so fun and so easy. I think I might even prefer them to regular croutons. They also make a super yummy snack, as odd as that may sound!


Ingredients:
5 slices of GF bread
extra virgin olive oil (3-4 TBS)
salt
onion powder (approximately 3/4 tsp)
dill (3/4 tsp)

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Cut up GF bread into cubes (we use the ends that are in bags in the freezer).  If they are in the freezer first nuke them for 30 seconds before you cut them into cubes. Put the cubes onto a baking sheet. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, onion powder, and dried dill. Stir to coat cubes well in seasonings and oil. Put in the oven for 15 minutes until crispy like croutons. I am posting this at Allergy-free Wednesdays.
