So What is Xylitol? This is what this website here says. . .
"Xylitol is an all natural sweetener that looks and tastes like sugar. Xylitol is naturally occurring in many of the fruits and vegetables we eat on a daily basis. Once extracted and processed it yields a white, crystalline granule that can be used in any recipe that calls for sugar. It’s good for your teeth, stabilizes insulin and hormone levels, promotes good health and has none of the negative side effects of white sugar or artificial sweeteners. It contains only 2.4 calories per gram and is slowly absorbed as a complex carbohydrate. Xylitol looks like sugar, tastes like sugar, and is the same sweetness as sugar – making it the ideal natural sugar replacement."
This site not only has xylitol, but xylitol made products like gum and lollipops. They even have a sample pack you can get. I don't know about the other things, but the chocolate is dairy and gluten free. It costs $14.82 shipped (because you have to pay for shipping and handling)
It says. . .
For a limited time, we have put together a sample pack that has a cross section of all of our products. This kist allows you to try our products by paying only the shipping and handling. These samples are a great way to try our products prior to purchasing them in bulk. Due to the volume, these kits are pre-made and we cannot substitute flavors. Each sample kit includes:
- Peppermint Xylitol Gum 12 pack
- Wintermint Xylitol mints - 100ct tin
- 6 Xylitol Lollipops: Grape, Orange, Lemon, Strawberry, Green Apple, and Cherry
