Gluten Free English Muffins

Do you ever get a hankering for an English Muffin? I didn't realize quite how much I missed them until I found one I could eat without making it from scratch. It's gluten free, dairy free, egg free, and soy free. They may even be corn and sugar free. It is crispy and  fantastic, just like the real deal. They are made by Food for Life and you can buy them in the frozen section of health food stores. I keep them frozen. I take one out and nuke it for 15-30 seconds before slicing it in half and throwing it in the toaster. Then I put grape seed oil, cinnamon and granulated maple sugar on it. It's one of my favorite discoveries since going gluten free.
