Gluten Free, Dairy Free French Bread

Oh, my! This gluten free french bread looks glorious!  I bet you could use duck eggs. My friend, Kerri, says her daughter tolerates them much better than chicken eggs. This might be worth a try if you are intolerant to eggs. I drool just looking at the photos for this one. When my husband went off of gluten with me for a couple of months, he went to a grocery store, and told me it took all the self control he had to not grab a loaf of french bread and cram the whole loaf in his mouth, while gnawing on it ravenously.
