Vinegar and Citrus Substitute
Do you have a tough time tolerating vinegar or citrus juice like lime or lemon? A few years ago, my friend went to a nutritionist who had this amazing tip. I've been using it ever since. Instead of using lemon juice or vinegar in a recipe you can swap out pomegranate juice. I buy a bottle of it at Trader Joe's and it lasts for a long time. It's perfect in salad dressings, sauces, salsa or anything that needs that sourness to it. If fermented things like vinegar can bother you, or citrus is a not something you can tolerate, I'd highly recommend it! It's really surprising how well it works in place of these.
