Gluten Free Grasshopper Bars

For some extra festive St. Pattie's fun, why not try these gems? I would use egg replacer and this dairy free frosting. I was just thinking of trying a dairy free frosting with Daiya's cream "cheese".  If anyone tries these I'd love to hear about it. Go here for the recipe.
