Review of Trader Joe's Coconut Water Fruit Floes

Coconut Water Fruit Floes.

Coconut Fruit FloesFun on a stick. I was so delighted to know I could have these and even more excited when they tasted so good. They have sugar and flakes of coconut inside. The coconut milk makes them uber creamy.  My kids gobbled them down before I could say "floe". Then I gobbled mine down before I could take a photo. I love that they have all of the benefits of coconut water, with the huge yummy factor of a popsicle. I couldn't get my little one to drink coconut water when he was sick with the flu this past winter. Next time, I am running out to grab a box of these beauties. He won't be able to resist.

This is what TJoe's site has to say about them.
"Just in time for summer, we’re introducing a new flavor in fruit floes. It’s sure to make a big impression: Trader Joe’s Coconut Water Fruit Floes. These are made with pure coconut water, the liquid found in the center of young, green coconuts. Coconut water has been valued for thousands of years not just for its fresh taste, but for its unique electrolyte balance as well – the same balance of sodium, magnesium, calcium, potassium, & phosphorus needed by the human body. That’s cool, right? Add a little sugar, freeze and put on a stick, and you get not just cool but cold. A Fruit Floe.
Each Coconut Water Fruit Floe is 70% coconut water, has only 150 calories and contains no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. And it’s the only ice pop we know of that can help rebalance your body’s electrolytes after a tough workout. We’re selling a box of four for $1.99, a value that’s sure to make an impression, too. You’ll find them in our freezers."
