Review of Canyon Bakehouse

I went on a gluten-free walk at PCC the other day and this was one of my favorite discoveries.  First, you may ask, what is a gluten free walk? It's a free class/tour of gluten-free products that PCC offers which includes free samples of products.  Canyon Bakehouse's Cinnamon Raisin bread was one of them. I was so impressed I brought home some of their hamburger buns. The varieties of bread/buns they have include Deli Rye Style, Cinnamon Raisin, 7-grain, Rosemary and Thyme Focaccia, Mountain White, Hamburger Buns, Hot Dog Buns and Cranberry Crunch Muffins. If you buy one of each from their website they will give you $5.00 off. Their website also has coupons you can print.  I think you may agree that these amazing photos speak for themselves! This bread was light, moist, and just downright felt a lot like "real" bread. The ingredients for the Cinnamon Raisin Bread are:   Water, Brown Rice Flour, Raisins, Organic Agave Syrup, Tapioca Flour, Whole Grain Sorghum Flour, Xanthan Gum, Sunflower Seeds, Eggs, Cultured Brown Rice Flour, Cinnamon, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sesame Seeds, Sea Salt, Yeast, Natural Enzymes

Note that the bread does contain Eggs.  If you like a white bread you probably would prefer the Mountain White. The hamburger buns felt almost like a lighter whole wheat bun.  I must say it was a fair bit more moist than Udi's. And it felt like it had more fiber. As an example, here is the nutritional info for the Raisin Bread:

The one that I want to try next is this focaccia bread!  You can even buy their bread on Amazon!
