Make Your Own Egg-Replacer
To make the equivalent of 1 egg use:
1 Tablespoon of chia or flax (ground)
3 Tablespoons of water
Mix them together and let them sit for awhile (a couple of minutes). You should see it thicken. Then add it to your favorite recipe. This is perfect for baking. Flax gives a slightly nutty flavor.
