{Gluten and Dairy Free} Spinach Artichoke Dip

What is one of the things that I miss the most since going dairy free?  Spinach Artichoke dip. I made it one time a few years ago with some success, but never wrote it down. One of my favorite blogs and cookbooks Go Dairy Free helps us out with this great rendition. Please check out her blog and cookbook. They are fabulous!

Dairy-Free Spinach Artichoke Dip

Recipe type: Appetiser
Serves: 4
  1. In a skillet, saute garlic in olive oil for one minute.
  2. Stir in spinach and artichokes. Cook one minute, just until warmed. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in the almond milk yogurt and nutritional yeast. Season to taste with salt.
  4. Transfer to small serving bowl and serve with bagel chips.
