{Gluten and Dairy Free} Salted Caramel Pretzel Bark

I saw this amazing recipe on facebook from The Idea Room and thought, this would be SO easy to make gluten and dairy free.  I can't wait to make this!!  I have altered it and the revised recipe is below. 
1 cup Earth's Balance or coconut oil
1 cup light brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
2 bags of gluten free pretzels. I would use glutino or Ener-G
2 cups of Enjoy Life chocolate chips
sea salt
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line an 11×17-inch baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  3. Spread pretzels onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Put Earth's Balance in a saucepan over medium-low heat and melt butter.
  5. Add brown sugar and cook and stir until sugar is dissolved and mixture is thickened, about 5 to 8 minutes (should look caramely).
  6. Pour mixture over pretzels quickly.
  7. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 5 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle chocolate chips over pretzel mixture.
  9. Bake for 1-2 minutes more.
  10. Stir mixture to evenly spread chocolate over pretzels.
  11. Lightly sprinkle salt over pretzels.
  12. Cool until set, 2 to 3 hours. Break into pieces.  
  13. Store in an air-tight container.
