Dairy Free Starbucks Copy-Cat Frappucino
I saw this fantastic Starbucks Copy-Cat Frappucino. I tried it with coconut milk and maple sugar. It turned out well. Go here to see more. This site has a lot of other great ways to save money on food by making things from scratch.

Make it From Scratch–Starbucks Frappuccino
1 cup double-strength Starbucks coffee or 3/4 cup of espresso
3/4 cup milk, whatever kind you choose, can try non-dairy
3 T. Sugar, or sugar substitute, to taste
2 cups ice
Pinch of xanthan gum or 1 tsp. dried pectin (This is the secret ingredient that keeps the frappe from separating.)
Toss all of the ingredients in a blender and blend. (It may take a few stirs to get things moving.)
You can top it with Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips and Coconut Whipping Cream (recipe here)
