For a little fun, I have decided to do a cookbook giveaway. I am going to give away one of my favorite cookbooks to the person I randomly draw next Friday. You can enter to win in two different ways. 1. You can subscribe to my blog on this site (see the top "Subscribe in Reader" button) 2. You can friend me on facebook. If you have already done the things mentioned above, that is fine, too. Just a leave a comment on this post saying, "I subscribed", "I already subscribed", "I'm friending you", or "I already friended you on facebook". You will get one entry for subscribing and one entry for friending me on facebook. I will announce the winner next Friday, August 21st at 9:30am Pacific Standard Time. This is so fun! I can hardly wait! I'm terrible at waiting to give things to people. Lol
This cookbook has great sweet baked goods and savory meal ideas. It is both gluten and dairy free. The author was the editor for Rachael Ray and really knows her stuff. I found her cookbook to be fun and generally inspiring. If you'd like to check it out or order one for yourself, you can go here.is a love story of Silvana Nardone’s journey to develop great-tasting meals for her son, Isaiah, after he was diagnosed with food intolerances to gluten and dairy. Includes a foreword by Rachael Ray!"
And C. Lilly gave it this review, "I think this is my favorite gluten-free cookbook yet. The pizza crust recipe? I nearly cried it was so good. We've tried a few recipes and a few gf flour blends and the results were fair to disappointing. But Silvana's blend and recipe? I couldn't stop commenting on how good it was and that I'd eat it even if we weren't gluten free. No one else at the table said anything--they were too busy gobbling this down. Clear instructions, great photography, and delicious recipes. If you know anyone who has recently gone gluten-free--this would make a lovely gift to get them started."
