I found this taco seasoning recipe at
All Recipes.com. Sometimes I add a little coriander. (1/8 tsp or so) I usually double the whole recipe and put it in a ziploc. Then when I want to make nachos, tacos, or even fajitas I throw it on the browned meat, let it simmer with a little water and walla! Easy as pie. With fajitas I like to add a little lime or pomegranate juice instead of the water (a splash or two) to give it a little zing. Yum!
