here this is one of my favorite finds. It is dairy, soy and gluten free. To my shock it did not disappoint. And right now it is on sale at Fred Meyer for 30% off which is significant. In our area it brings the price to $2.65. For an allergy-friendly meal that you only have to nuke in the microwave this is an amazing price. If you love other Amy's products they are also on the same sale from what I could see. If you are avoiding dairy, just make sure it says "dairy-free" on it because it has an identical twin that is only gluten-free.
