GREEN's QUEST: a Belgian Gluten-Free Beer

I ran into this beer at Albertson's of all places. The "GLUTEN FREE" words across the top grabbed our attention. We decided to give it a try for the sake of the blog. :0) The fact that it is from Belgium was intriguing. This is made from millet, sorghum, buckwheat, and rice grains instead of barley. I found the taste to be pretty good. Kind of buckwheaty. My husband said it seemed smooth and did not have a sharp aftertaste. I found another review for it here, that seemed to describe it well. This might be great for adding to a recipe, especially if you can find it at a "regular" grocery store like Albertsons.
