My Latest Find: A Soy Substitute

I just discovered this soy substitute and can't wait to try it. It is called coconut aminos. Based on the reviews on amazon, it is sweeter and has less sodium than soy sauce, but otherwise is very similar. People also say it is about $6 at Whole Foods.  I usually use chicken broth and salt in recipes without a problem, but for terriyaki and dipping sauces this might be just the ticket. There are still times when I really miss it. Here some of my favorite bloggers give a great salmon recipe and their endorsement of coconut aminos. They both studied Nutrition at Bastyr and have so many great ideas.   Go here to check it out on Amazon.
