{Nut and Peanut Free} Peanut (free) Butter Cups

Pop Sugar made these 52 calorie gluten, dairy, nut, and peanut free butter cups that look utterly amazing. Not only that, they are easy to make, and only have 4 ingredients. This site has a wealth of recipes. It is so worth checking out! Go here for the directions.

If you don't have a candy mold, just use mini silicone or parchment paper muffin cups. You'll just need to make fewer since these are bigger.


1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips (I used Ghirardelli minichips)
1/2 cup roasted unsalted sunflower seeds
10 small dates, pitted
1/8 teaspoon salt
