Easy 3 Ingredient Granola

My husband and I love this granola. Every time I make it I can't believe how easy it is. You can add dried fruit, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, whatever you'd like. I usually add fresh fruit when I eat it with rice milk.

5 cups of GF oats
1/2 cup oil (I use grapeseed)
1/2 cup pure maple syrup

Preheat oven to 300F. Put ingredients in a bowl and mix. Spread out on a pan. Cook for 20 minutes. Stir. Cook for 20 minutes more. Take it out of the oven. It's really that easy.
