I know this is an allergy-friendly blog, but I thought this was totally relevant. One way that I save money on this not-so-frugal diet is to make the most of the food I have. A favorite way to so this is to freeze things if we can't eat them before they go off.

It looks like you do need to subscribe to her blog in order to print it. It is a great blog to follow if you would like some inspiration in the financial department.
