I can't say how much I have missed ranch over the last few years. When I experimentally mixed up these ingredients for the first time, I almost fell over. It was that good. It's fantastic on veggies and if you eat Ruffles, this is a dangerous pairing with those ridged chips! I am posting this at Allergy Free Wednesdays.
3/4 cup Vegan Mayo(I use soy free Veganaise)
1 tsp dried parsley
1tsp dried dill
1 tsp dried chives or 1 TBS chopped fresh
1/2 tsp onion powder
salt and pepper
1 clove garlic crushed or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
I was pleasantly surprised at how this tasted just like ranch.
