Sugar Substitute

I don't tolerate white or even raw sugar (cane) well. So, on my search for alternatives, my favorite is maple syrup granules. You can add just a little less to any recipe and it tastes the same to me. This has made such a huge difference! Mind you, it probably does affect your blood sugar and is not the best alternative for diabetics. But if you are just trying to avoid sugar because it bothers you. I'd highly suggest it. Go here
