My New Cookbook

For my birthday my son bought me this glorious cookbook that was on my wishlist on Amazon.  I think I know exactly why he bought it for me. Besides being the biggest fan of my cooking he has an incurable sweet tooth (it's hard to say exactly who he got it from ;0))  I see a lot of yummy things in the upcoming year.  I must say my biggest surprise after looking through this book is that these recipes look so good and are egg free. They are gluten, wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts and sesame free.

Here are some rave reviews. It even got 4.5 out 5 stars on Amazon. The Allergen-Free Baker’s Handbook is...a triumph for the food-allergic community. ...This book is a goldmine for special-diet bakers—particularly for parents of newly diagnosed kids who don’t know where to begin.”

“a beautiful book, with lavish photography and accessible recipes. I like this book so much that I was thrilled to be asked for a blurb for the back. You’ll love it too. These are the most luscious gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, peanut-and-tree-nut- and sesame-free treats you are likely to ever see.”
