{Gluten and Dairy Free} Make Your Own Lego Gummy Candy and Star Wars Chocolates

This great video shows how to make lego candy! We are making some for stocking stuffers. I know I've put it on my facebook page before, but wanted to share again!  You can use molds like these: You can also get them at the Lego Store. I got mine at Snagshout for a fraction of the cost. If you haven't tried Snagshout.com, I'd highly recommend it!

Then I am using this recipe below in the Star Wars Molds to make chocolate candy. Refrigerate this chocolate mixture  in molds over night.
Chocolate Truffles
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Finishing Time: 10 minutes
Makes 28 truffles

INGREDIENTS
10oz ounces enjoy life dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup organic unrefined coconut oil
3 tablespoons coconut milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, for rolling
Assorted toppings: cocoa powder,  powdered sugar and unsweetened shredded coconut.

DIRECTIONS
Melt chocolate with oil and milk  in a double boiler (or in a smaller saucepan that is sitting inside a larger one with an inch or two of boiling water in it). Stir in vanilla and sea salt. Stir until melted and combined. Put in molds and refrigerate overnight.
