Hi there! Thanks for commenting! I personally haven't tried it yet, but I have two friends that have and rave about it. One of them has been gluten free for 7 years, so that is a pretty great sign. As soon as I give it a try, I will do a re-post telling what I think! If you try it, I'd love to hear what you think.
I'll give it a try here too! We are sick of hot quinoa for breakfast- my kids will be happy when I tell them its pizza!
