Instant Allergy-friendly Pizza Crust

How would you like to be able to make any kind of allergy-friendly pizza in less than 25 minutes(this includes prepping the toppings)? I am an avid pizza lover.  One of my best discoveries has been this pizza crust by "Nature's Hilights" that can be found in most health food store freezer sections. All you do is thaw it a little, cook it, add toppings, cook some more and presto! It is made from brown rice and that's it, so if you can have brown rice you can have this. No yeast, no dairy, nothing. It's cooked right on the rack and comes out crispy. It's not quite as great reheated, but they come in small pizzas, so that's not usually a problem for us. One package costs $6-7 dollars and contains two  approximately  12" pizza crusts.
